How our fundraisers work

Follow the steps below to start your fundraiser, and begin earning up to 50% for each candle sold.
Preparing for launch
  • Review your candle color combination (see options below).
  • Consider the timeline for your Candle Fundraiser. We suggest 2 weeks in total.
  • Activate your Candle Fundraiser Just click on GET STARTED…it’s that easy!
Running your fundraiser
  1. Identify the number of participants – we can provide a participant code if you wish to acknowledge online sales per participant.
  2. Participants share the flyer with friends, family, neighbors, or co-workers to invite them to purchase candles. Your participants collect funds upfront and record their supporter’s name and mailing address on the order form.
  3. Collect all participant forms and funds raised from your group members at the end of your fundraiser.
  4. Count your profits – your group pays only the quoted cost of the product and keeps everything else.
Fulfilling your orders
  • Place your final candle order by submitting a simple spreadsheet and forward payment.
  • We will pack and deliver your individual orders to you within two weeks so your participants can distribute the candles directly to their supporters.
  • Your candles will be available year-round on your personal landing page hosted on flamefanatic.com. Should you wish to establish another in-person fundraising event later in the year, just let us know.
