Ordering & Payment

No minimum order required for fundraising programs. For retail or gift-giving programs, Contact our customer service for more details.
No shipment cost for fundraising program. We will ship your order directly to you for sale. For retail or gift-gifting programs, standard freight charge will be applied.
For orders placed on the custom landing page website, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) Apply Pay or Google Pay. Our candles are made to order, so orders are not produced until payment is received.

Lead Time & Invoicing

All wholesale orders will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order shipped earlier than our standard lead time we will try to accommodate your request. Our rush fee is 25% of your total order price.

Shipping & Delivery

Wholesale US Domestic orders of $3,000 and over will be quoted via FedEx Ground.

Let us know if you have your own method of prepaid shipping for wholesale orders and would like to arrange payment and/or pickup yourself.

Kromara LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

Product Samples

Retailers may schedule an appointment with us to sample the various candle offerings in person. We also provide certain color/scent samples for free for those not local to Kromara — just let us know your shipping address and we will gladly send them directly to you!

General Return Policy

Custom orders are hand-crafted specifically for your school or organization and as such, are not returnable. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 30 days of order delivery for replacement or credit towards future purchase to [email protected]. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If using our generic candles from our Kromara or Spectre brand, returns can be issued upon pre-approval.
