Orders and return policies
- If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, it must be reported within 30 days of order receipt for replacement or refund. If you simply changed your mind, the candle must be returned within 30 days of order receipt to receive refund.
- Please email [email protected] to report damaged or incorrect product. Please include detailed photos of product or shipment concerns, including box if damaged, within 30 days of receipt.
- Return of damaged products is not necessary unless we specifically ask that the products be returned. Flame Fanatic will ship replacement product at no cost to the customer.
- If you are returning an unwanted candle or were requested by Flame Fanatic to return damaged or incorrect merchandise, please pack your items properly (in original packaging if possible) and send to Flame Fanatic Returns, 1215 Valley Belt Road, Brooklyn Heights, Ohio 44131. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error, defective, or received in damaged condition.
